Growing up in rural Alberta taught me from an early age to work hard.

It also taught me the power of community and compassion.

I believe in authenticity, honesty, and kindness - these are the pillars of how I run my business.

I have over 6 years of experience in marketing and business administration, and am a

passionate advocate for mental health.

I graduated from MacEwan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing. I have been fortunate enough to be able to work and travel through Asia, Europe, and the Middle East for the past several years, until I felt the pull to return home to Canada. I decided to finally chase a life long dream and enrolled in the Masters of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

Working with inspiring therapists has allowed me to pair my expertise in Marketing and Business Administration with my passion for Psychology, and I couldn't be more grateful!
